Managing Assistants

Assistants represent your Clinic on your behalf to keep day to day work running smoothly by taking on some managerial tasks. Give them access to some HelloDox privileges to help your Clinic function efficiently.

How to create an Assistant?
Following Steps will lead to Assistant Creation: ) Click the Menu Drawer --> Clinic --> All Assistants
  1. Active Assistants: Here you can get info about the active assistants to create an assistant tap the ‘Create Assistant Icon’. This includes name, mobile number, Hospital/ Clinic name, package type and the privileges that you want to give to the assistant. Eg appointment booking, patient payment and invoice, patient document viewing, creating new patient profile and registering patients.
  2. Inactive Assistants: Here you can get Info about the Inactive assistants in your Clinic. All the above mentioned privileges are available to the inactive assistant as well.
Add your Clinic Assistant now and manage them on the go.
