Tips for Falling Asleep faster
#Insomnia

- Exercise daily
- Don't eat too late
- Fix the time-slot for sleeping and FOLLOW IT
- Focus on Deep Breathing for few minutes
- Avoid using Mobile phone & Laptop and watching TV, a half or one hour before sleeping
- Use Sleep masks
- Don't drink Caffeine at evening; Try to avoid it after 3PM, if possible.
- Listen relaxing Music at low volume
