Tingling in hands and legs problem

Hello Doctor, my mother in law(52yr old) she has tingling problem in hands and legs. when she sat on flour then her legs are getting tingled in just 5 to 10 mins and because of that she can't stand up and move from one place to another place for 15 to 20 mins, it is like her legs are dead in that small time period and when it get normal then she can move, it is very hard to manage her . will you please suggest any solution for it .
